Annual BBQ Recap
Saturday evening August 9th, New Mexico Corvette Association had their annual BBQ at
Marcus & Brenda Bunting's beautiful home. The night before we'd had a deluge in the
northeast heights (specifically right over the Bunting's house), but Mother Nature
smiled on us & the weather was perfect!
We had at least 40 folks gathered for a wonderful variety of goodies; fresh salads,
meats & drinks, followed by homemade ice cream & various pastry treats! However, the
best part of the event was having the time to sit & chat with old friends &
acquaintances we see at meetings & various events throughout the year & make new friends.
I don't know how they do it, but every year this event gets better & better. Thank you
again Marcus & Brenda for inviting the NMCA family into your home & being such gracious hosts!
